1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans purchased from seconddns.com.

If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of your first payment for any given plan.

This guarantee covers your first payment for a plan. Renewals and recurring charges are subject to the cancellation rules described below.

2. How to Request a Refund

Please include in your request: – The email address associated with your account – The order or invoice number (if available) – Reason for the refund request (optional, but helpful)

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process the refund within 7 business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment processor.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected].

When you cancel: – Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period – You will not be charged for the next billing cycle – No partial refund is issued for the remaining days of the current period (except within the 30-day guarantee window) – Your DNS zone data is retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, after which it may be deleted

4. When Refunds May Not Apply

Refunds may be declined or pro-rated in the following cases:

– The request is made more than 30 days after the initial payment – The account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service – Excessive use of the Service that indicates the refund request is not made in good faith – Add-on services that have already been provisioned (e.g., dedicated IP addresses that have been allocated)

In cases of doubt, we will always favor the customer.

5. Service-Level Refunds

If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to an issue on our side (excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or issues with your primary nameserver), you may be eligible for a partial refund or service credit, regardless of the 30-day window.

6. Complaints and Escalation

If you are not satisfied with how your refund request was handled, you may escalate the complaint:

Step 1 — Internal review: Reply to the decision email requesting a re-review of your refund. We will review your request and provide a final response within 14 calendar days.

Step 2 — Online Dispute Resolution (EU consumers): You may submit a complaint via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Step 3 — Consumer protection authority (Polish consumers): You may contact the local Rzecznik Praw Konsumentów (Consumer Rights Ombudsman) in your district, or the Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej.

We operate from Poland; for resolving such matters, Polish and EU consumer protection law applies.

7. Refunds via Payment Processors

Refunds are processed through the same payment processor used for the original transaction (e.g., Paddle for card payments). The processor may take additional time to credit funds to your account, typically 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency to the sender's wallet, or in the equivalent via bank transfer if requested. Crypto network and exchange fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 14 days in advance.

The version of the policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
