What happens after the free trial ends?
After the 3-month trial, we'll prompt you to switch to a paid plan. If no plan is selected within one week, access to your account will be blocked and your zones will be deleted.
What is AXFR zone sync?
AXFR is a DNS protocol that lets your secondary nameserver automatically copy and stay in sync with your primary. Any change you make is replicated within seconds.
What is the difference between AXFR and IXFR?
AXFR transfers the full zone every time. IXFR (available on Pro and above) transfers only the changes since the last sync — faster and more efficient for large zones.
Do I need to change my domain registrar?
No. SecondDNS acts as a secondary nameserver alongside your existing primary. You simply add our nameserver to your domain's NS records at your current registrar.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Yearly plans are billed annually but covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee.
